"The room was large and the washroom was modern and very clean. The fridge was dirty and the shelves inside were broken. The blinds were broken so we couldn’t darken the room for sleeping. There was no way to contact the front desk, nor the manager by phone in the room- nor was the phone number on the website correct so you physically had to go to the front desk. "The location is amazing, and the price is fantastic for Midtown. One of the two elevators was being repaired the entire time I was there, and the guys were working on it at odd hours. I have stayed here many times though, and always look forward to going back."

"Excellent boutique hotel located on Rockefeller Plaza. Queen room was spacious enough for 2 of us, with large bathroom. Very quiet and clean, friendly and helpful staff are always available in the lobby. They will hold your luggage before check in and after checkout, and give you access to the Living Room on the second floor for beverages, restroom, computer, etc. Filtered water and bottles available on each floor is a welcome feature."
