The inside is lovely, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was good quality - no complaints. The park and ride is right next door for an easy trip into Chester. We had a happy stay. "

"Warm welcome and offers of help with the luggage Smooth quick and friendly check in and shown to our room. Nice touch! Room was spacious clean and had everything we needed. Bed was a little on the soft side for my liking (but that is just my preference). Staff are helpful and lots of patience, nothing was too much trouble You get what you pay for imo My only issue is that we couldn’t get into the dining room on either night we stayed as it was full. Disappointing given that we paid so much for the room and they couldn’t accommodate. "

"Very helpful and cheerful staff. Room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was great. Only downside was the lack of parking and the car park is very tight. We used the public car park across the road at £8 for 24 hours so no big drama."
