"The staff were great and tried their best always. We were notified ahead of arrival that our family suite wasnt available so they put us in a suite with two roll aways for two nights and gave us a hotel credit to use in rhw spa or restaurant. We were then moved to our correct room by staff. Breakfast buffet was generous. Location was terrific with the lake and many bars and restaurants only 5 min walk. The area around the hotel ft very safe."

"If you want to stay in a great little boutique hotel in downtown Hanoi, this will be the place for you. You will experience the active culture, Traffic, food and shops of downtown Hanoi. The marvellous is an excellent property. The only aspect we thought could’ve been better was what they offer for breakfast.
