"Have stayed at the Venetian many times property very clean. Some of the guest service was very helpful. Some was a little standoffish but overall very exceptional property the VIP suites or a little outdated but still very nice."

"Everything was great, except one of the days we waited twice in the same day for the elevator for 30+ minutes from the 28th floor. Every time an elevator opened up it was already full. It appears maybe only 3 of the 6 were working that day. We finally had to take an elevator going up just to get down to the lobby. "
