"After many trips to Chicago, we have found the Millennium Knickerbocker to be the most consistent, quaint and cozy hotel in / on / near Mag Mile. It's an easy walk to countless quality restaurants and bars. The staff is always too notch and friendly. The historic feel of the hotel just adds to the charm! Would highly recommend.... unless the added demand drives up the reasonable prices.... in which case ignore everything above! (It truly is a gem!)"

"Evidently the fitness center and pool were closed for renovations on the 4th floor. Expedia did not communicate this to guests, which was disappointing. We booked the hotel for these amenities and ended up spending hundreds of dollars extra on entertainment and transportation to keep our family occupied during our planned down time. It was quite frustrating. Other than that, the staff here was helpful and friendly. The rooms and property was clean (except the 3rd floor). Dust was evident...

"A comfortable historical hotel, enjoyed the bar area, cocktails were good , would not recommend dining at the hotel. On Expedia it says it has parking and in and out privileges but this is not true, once you park you cant leave unless paying again (62$) . Had a paranormal experience in room 917 so don't be surprised if you see ghosts at night "
