"Absolutely enjoyed my 10 days at this resort. We booked privilege which was absolutely worth it! Our butler, Alberto, was amazing and is one of the reasons I would definitely return to this resort. All of the staff at the resort were incredible, from the bartenders to the waitstaff, to the housekeepers. Everything was amazing I honestly don’t have one complaint! Our butler went above and beyond to make our time special. We were celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary, and he made little room details for us such as flowers on our bed and setting up our jacuzzi with bubbles and rose petals. The experience team was incredible! Always planning fun activities for everyone to participate in. I’ve been to several resorts and this is the first one that I felt really welcomed at and comfortable! They have different theme nights which were always so fun. The drinks were flowing nonstop and not watered down at all! I would definitely recommend booking privilege if you prefer more top shelf alcohol though. Also, if you book privilege you can order food on the beach, you have access to the privilege areas at the resort/beach, and you get free room service which we took advantage of several times. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and my favorite restaurants were the Mexican restaurant and the Japanese restaurant. The buffet for lunch and dinner was decent and always had lots of different options to choose from. The room was nice and spacious (we booked the honeymoon privilege suite). "

"I mostly stayed on the property which was nice, the service was excellent. I went on an all day excursion to Ek Balam which I loved. The food was good with a lot of restaurants and selections, my favorite was Thai, least favorite was the pizza. The property is beautiful (not so much off the property grounds), it rained the entire week I was there but there was still plenty to do. "
