"We had a great stay at Ocean Coral & Turquesa. The food and service were excellent. Our concierge Valeria was great, she took care of all our reservations and everything else we needed during our stay. We would definitely go back to this resort."

"Some of the front desk representatives were a little nasty.. Particularly a middle aged / younger Hispanic woman. The cocktails had a very distinct “soapy” taste and even the juices.. room service was great as well as the rooms. My room was not ready when I came so they tried to downgrade me to a lower quality room and I absolutely wasn’t for it. After complaining for a while they gave me the room I paid for! The spa was great and relaxing.. the food choices at the restaurants were a 7/10.. the pools and ocean view were amazing ! I also love that they had an app.. WiFi was pretty terrible "

"We really enjoyed our stay as a family of four, with two toddlers under 5. The kids loved the pools, and the kids club. It was handy to be able to have dinner alone as a couple and pickup our kiddos next door. We liked how compact the resort is, and how quick it is to get to the beach, your room, or dining. Our only suggestions are that it would have been nice if our backyard pool was heated, as January is relatively cool. Our personal pool while a perk, was under-utilized as a result. We also would suggest more and more variety in the buffet, including dinners and at breakfast as these get repetitive. Otherwise very lovely resort and would recommend to families. "

"Beautiful place to stay in very cleans lots to do in the hotel. The only problem we had was with the servers in the pm in the buffet they would completely ignore us and didn’t bother to ask how we were doing or bring us drinks and they would try to say that we couldn’t be in the buffet! The am staff in the morning was amazing we would always try to find Angel he was always friendly and we also love Jacinto in the bar area really fun and friendly! I would recommend the Royalton Hotel! "

"Dreams Jade was lovely! The room was clean and spacious and the grounds were meticulously kept The food was above aberage compared to other all inclusive resorts weve been to and everyone who works there made us feel special and welcome! The vibe of the place was relaxed and slow and so it was perfect for couples and families but singles looking for some avtion might choose a different resort That being said there was nightly entertainment, live music, water games and always something to do! The gorgeous pools and close proximity to the beach, just steps away were my favorite part of the place!"

"A very nice and comfortable proprty. Plenty of dining options. Excellent grounds. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. A bit more work removing plastics from the beach would be desirable. But overall - one of the nicest adults only resorts we have been to."

"The staff, from all sections were SUPER FRIENDLY. The French & Asian restaurants were my favourite. The food, staff & entertainment were simply AMAZING. I highly recommend this beautiful resort."
