"The staff is very attentive and accommodating, the hotel has a very intimate atmosphere and the breakfasts were excellent. The location near Buckingham Palace was very convenient. "
"Lots of food and drink options in the hotel. Room was comfortable albeit cramped for a king bed room. Was meant to get an upgrade but the message wasn’t passed on to check in staff which is quite disappointing - good area and bed was comfortable "
"One of London’s great hotels with a gem of a bar in the American Bar. Superb service from a brilliant staff: phenomenal service ethic. A total pleasure to stay there. "

10/10 Excellent
"The staff was very friendly. They went out of their way to make our family comfortable. "
"After returning home we're realizing that we're praising this hotel every time we tell our friends about our trip. We had a family room with a kitchenette; plenty of room and even a view of the city. We used the laundry room in the basement and it worked well. Basically across the street from North Lambeth underground station (Bakerloo/South) sort of outside the busy area. Some food options right outside the hotel, and also a supermarket, ATM etc. It's close to a hospital so we did hear sirens near the hotel but I can't remember if we heard that in the room. Definitely a go-to option next time."
