"El hotel es bueno en general. El servicio es bueno. El desayuno maravilloso y la ubicación excelente. Pero a mi modo de ver la habitación que me tocó con mi esposo estaba regular. Era limpia pero los muebles ( espejo, y gabeteros) un poco desgastados. Es decir la habitación era buena pero sugiero que hagan una renovación de las habitaciones. "The apartment is in a convenient location very close to the Rialto water bus station, and at the San Marco district, a lively neufhborhood. It has two big queen beds in two rooms and a kitchenette. However the air conditioner didn't work the first day so we had to open the windows when we sleep. That resulted in mosquitoes coming in and bit my daughter on her face and all over her leg and arm. "Very difficult to communicate with the manager and to get our key. We had to stand outside the hotel for 15 minutes until she finally answered. You should have a warning that there are many stairs… difficult for older people with heavy bags. The beds were horrible. Luckily there were extra blankets that we could put under us to make it more comfortable. No soap… again luckily we carry extra just in case. "
