"The apartment is in a convenient location very close to the Rialto water bus station, and at the San Marco district, a lively neufhborhood. It has two big queen beds in two rooms and a kitchenette. However the air conditioner didn't work the first day so we had to open the windows when we sleep. That resulted in mosquitoes coming in and bit my daughter on her face and all over her leg and arm. The mosquito bites became swollen and red and itchy and painful... My son, my husband and I also got...

"Very difficult to communicate with the manager and to get our key. We had to stand outside the hotel for 15 minutes until she finally answered. You should have a warning that there are many stairs… difficult for older people with heavy bags. The beds were horrible. Luckily there were extra blankets that we could put under us to make it more comfortable. No soap… again luckily we carry extra just in case. "
