"Everything in the room was so clean! Walkable to literally anywhere. Plenty of good restaurants around the hotel. More than anything, staff was ten stars! Friendliest and most helpful receptionist ever. "

"A great small hotel in a convenient location , but quieter and less touristy. The room was lovely, the twin at the top of the hotel. The staff were very kind. We were really pleased to find such a nice breakfast included in the price it was most welcome."

"Very difficult to communicate with the manager and to get our key. We had to stand outside the hotel for 15 minutes until she finally answered. You should have a warning that there are many stairs… difficult for older people with heavy bags. The beds were horrible. Luckily there were extra blankets that we could put under us to make it more comfortable. No soap… again luckily we carry extra just in case. "

"Great stay! Cute and well decorated. Super convenient location and close to all the attraction, as well as the waterbuses. The hotel lobby smelled amazing but my room did not. I got a first floor room that was picture perfect but the room smelled like sewage when the window is closed. It was hard to sleep the first night and we cracked the window open for the second night, the smell is much more bearable with the window open. Not sure if it's just the first floor rooms, but beware if you are...

"Ideally located in Venice, this apartment is perfect for family. A little bit outdated, we stayed 3 days and had a great time. Only issue to correct, the WIFI is terrible"
