"My family had a great time staying at this JR Blossom hotel. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and very convenient as it is at a walkable distance to the main train station. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of selection. "

"Hotel Sunroute Plaza was decent in size for 2 adults with 2 large luggages, 1 smaller luggage, and carry on bags. My room accomodations were two twin beds that were comfy after a long day of touring. Hotel Sunroute is within walking distance of Shinjuku Station. Easy to hail down a taxi if needed, and is a stop for the Airport Limousine (approximately 1 hour ride). Very clean hotel and friendly customer service. Definitely would recommend and stay again."

"Great location right next to Shibuya Station. Convenient to many attractions. Very reasonable price for a private room. Room is not fancy but very comfortable and all you need. Hotel breakfast is excellent. "

"This was a avery clean and comfortable stay. It's on a quiet street away from the main road and has a plenty of great restaurants near by! Subway station is a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was just ok, not too bad but wouldnt do it again. Rooms are small yet comfortable. Keep this mind for multiple big pieces of luggage! Hotel will hold lugage for you if needed and they offer late check out for a fee of 4000 yen per hour after the check out time. They have a currency exchange machine in the lobby and an atm is available across the street at Family Mart!"

"Being so close to the Sumo center, right next to the river and JR line, this was such a nice property that still felt close to everything but also far enough way to enjoy the quiet. I'd recommend this to everyone."

"I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. The room was perfect for me. Only thing I would say is that there was mould around the outside of the bath/shower, which is an easy fix. I loved staying here. Definitely will be back! "

Breakfast and dinner was very good.AND the best front desk Employees you would find is at Royal Park, I had the most amazing assistant with the wheelchair help and even checked me at the JAL counter by a Taiwanese staff I didn’t get her clear naivety She’s Superb!!! ❤️❤️🥰"
