"Property was neat and clean. Room was great. Parking was tight and maintenance kept proping open the pool door which came within less than inch from car door so i couldn't get my door open. They did this while i was trying to get my things out and up to the room. We went back and forth 2x. They could see we were getting things out. I was already frazzled from having to drive down Duval at prime time to check in. We sought out this property because it had parking included so we wouldnt have to...

"Just off Duval Street, so well placed for everything. Noisy air-con fan so had to sleep with just the ceiling fan, not a problem in February, but housekeeping should have picked it it. Breakfast only starts at 8.30am, so made it tight for a 9am walking tour - but breakfast was basic but good. Better blackout in the room would have been good as the streetlights made it quite bright in the middle of the night."
