"My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. The staff are a fantastic team, and are so enthusiastic in helping you get the best out of your stay with them - and in Hanoi. Great location in the Old Town and easy walking to the best spots. A really authentic hotel which encapsulates sights and sounds of the real Vietnam. Would definitely stay there again. The staff are all smiles under the great management of Alex, the Hotel Manager. Nothing is too much trouble."
