"Truly exceptional. Large, comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Lovely lounge in the lobby. But the staff were what really makes the Wallace wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I really loved staying there!"

"The hostel had an excellent staff that were attentive and helpful. Rooms were cleanly, linens were neat, and shared spaces were well maintained with frequent restroom cleaning. Food on site was fairly priced and of good quality. Check in/out was very easy. Surrounding city area was a little dirty, to no fault of the hostel, and the property itself was very clean. Lots of food options in the area for takeout and smaller dine-in locations. Close to the subway entrance and multiple bus stops for easy public transit."
