"The staff were very welcoming , the guest house was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a gluten free option,including the sausages and the bread. We were able to leave our cases in reception after we checked out in the morning, until we wanted to travel in the afternoon. Would stay there again if we return to the area"

"This hotel is very conveniently located right next to York Barbican. I had an event there so this hotel was a great choice. The staff were prompt and friendly, and explained everything well. The property is very secure with the gate locked and a code required to unlock and access the building. I felt very safe! Everyone staying at the hotel was considerate and quiet.
