"We loved our stay at the Cairns Plaza Hotel! Our apartment was spacious and clean, with a fantastic view and huge balcony. The location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room had good amenities for a long stay, including a mini fridge, microwave, and kettle. Our only major complaint was the lack of an in-room safe. You can store valuables in the front desk safe, but they’re not individual safety deposit boxes like I’ve used in other hotels. Minor suggestions for...

"We asked for a room overlooking the main lagoon pool and we received, the room was clean, spacious, and the hotel staff went over an above to make our stay perfect:) The towels were so soft and fluffy, making for a nice shower at the end of a day lazing around that awesome pool the resort has. Reception were only to willing to help, and were readily available. Thank you once again for a much needed break away. "
