"there is nothing bad about the place. it's a great place for our money's worth. i really don't know what the place had to offer. i have stayed there many times before as a member of a sports team.and we never really was there to take in what the place had to offer. i will be back. "

"This hotel is very well situated - easy walking to the Cairns marina, esplanade and various top restaurants. Our marina executive room had a wonderful view of the marina and mountains beyond. Walking to the city centre is also easy. Our room was well serviced by staff who were very non intrusive. The facilities are very clean. Updating the t.v. to a smart t.v. to allow access to streaming channels would be a plus.The pool is in a lovely setting, but some form of water heating would make swimming in the pool in August more inviting. Overall though a lovely place to stay."

"Excellent staff as always and a late checkout. Rooms could do with new refrigerators. Plus as a woman in the gym on her own it would be good to either have the walking machines face the door - or have mirrored glass on the wall opposite the door so I can see what is happening behind me and who has come in.
