"Great location in South Loop accessible to at least 3 different L train stations (red, blue, and brown). Walking distance to shops on State, Millennium Park and several restaurants. The staff was incredible helpful and sought to be as accommodating as possible during a busy holiday. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and the price was right for a quick two night stay. "

"The hotel and service was excellent, the room was cozy, the bathroom was a little odd with a full window looking into the room really no privacy and it was disappointing to book a room in the beautiful city of Chicago and then be told the balcony door needed to be locked so we weren't able to enjoy the view, we picked the hotel for the view it would've been nice to at least have a window to look out of or been told ahead of time to possibly have a different option. "

"Great walking distance to most of the tourist things. We had a view of the river and the lake, which means we had a great view for NYE fireworks. We liked the Big Bar and bartenders. The $25 credit was nice and we each had a drink each night before dinner. We would recommend."
