"The view/scenery, beach, food, friendly staff, resort was smaller and more personal. Rooms were cleaned very well every day. Beds and linens were comfortable. The elevator could be improved. The first day of our stay it wouldn't go down. "

"Really nice place to stay at, felt very safe and secure, it was gated all around and had inside parking too. The pool area is a vibe, staff are very nice and helpful. Didn’t get to try the food but there were lots of people enjoying it. Cool place to go to with a group or just your partner. It’s a bit far from activities and main places, but if you’re renting a car then it’s a perfect place to stay at. Close to the airport as well. The only downfall is that at night there’s not much street...

Staff was friendly except public relations at Grand hotel her name Stephanie very disrespectful to me , very rude and she was yelling to me when I asked her for help and answer my questions. she look like she has another problems but this not professional the way she talked to me. I love moon palace , this is my second time and I was planning to come next year but she changed my expectations for your high standards guest service. thank you "
