"Lovely staff and wonderfully calming property. Appreciate that it retained it's historical charm and interesting to see the Japanese and western/colonial influence. Private transportation was also provided for any short treks. Very thoughtful. "
"We nooked 3 rooms with private onsen for our family trip. The room was beautiful and relaxing. The bed and pillows were a bit hard for my taste, but we were so relaxed after the bath that we slept well.
The included dinner was amazing with delicious, beautifully presented plates. The morning breakfast was buffet style with a variety of foods to choose.
Many of the staff spoke English and they were all accommodating and friendly "
