"We arrived too early to check in but the staff who was there on the morning of 2/11 was so helpful in getting us situated with lockers to store our luggage until check-in time. We appreciated the helpfulness and patience of the staff member that day. She and another staff member were there at check-in at 3:00 and again they were so helpful. We would stay there again. The hotel is also so convenient due to being in walking distance to Atami Station as well as to bus and taxi hubs."

"The hotel offers a shuttle service that picks you up from the train station, which is convenient. However, it doesn’t provide any guidance for visiting Mount Fuji, so we had to navigate on our own using the Hakone Travel Pass. It would have been much easier if there had been a tour guide or tourist bus that took us directly, even if we had to pay for it. "Amazing property!! Our room was so peaceful, very spacious, and very renovated. One of the best hotels in Japan that I have stayed in. Onsen was beautiful! Right next to a great outlet mall! Lots to do around the area. We were able to bus and uber around the property."

"A bit over priced, no place to really relax and lounge around apart from the bar which did not have comfy seating vs the lounge areas in many of the other local hotels. On snow access is good and easy access with their bus to the other local Spots "
