"Room is clean and big. It has 2 queen bed and is quite comfortable . There is a carpark so is fine if you want rent a car. Staff at front desk quite inflexible. We stayed there 2 nights and enjoyed the onsen very much "

"Wonderful experience! A stately & historical large ryokan nested on the eastern hill slope of Gero town. My second stay at this ryokan & will continue to stay there next time I am in Gero. Very good vista of the town in the morning or evening. Very large garden & landscape, with tall tress & seasonal flower trees.or bushes.. a beautiful & varied feast for the eyes & senses if one come at different seasons... Has its own hotel museum to showcase it's checkered history & early artifacts, etc....
