"I certainly enjoyed my stay at TRS Coral hotel. When I walked into the lobby, I’m attracted and impressed by the good scent and cleanliness. Staff are very friendly and professional. Daniel at reception and our night butler Sofia were very helpful during our stay. We enjoyed swimming pool, beautiful beach and sea. Also good food from the resort. The pool is not great with no view of the beach and facing a large cement structure, and some rooms have less than desirable views (again, facing construction). We compared this to our visit to the Finest, as we were traveling with our 5 & 6 year olds. "Although this hotel is a bit of a drive from the downtown area, I was happy to be away from that area with young kids. The resort is beautiful, we visited during a busy vacation week and could still find chairs at the beach and pools with plenty of shade. Water slides were so much fun for kids and adults as well and the splash pad was perfect for younger kids. The food was excellent for an all inclusive. "I would say this place used to be (probably) on a high end and gave an amazing customer service. We didn;t experience that, except few occasions. Majority of staff really do an average job. Again, this is not a bad place to stay, nothing major to complain. However, we most likely will choose another place next time. "
