"The property was amazing.The food was good. They had different choices. The staff were very friendly. We had a butler his name was Zorro. He was amazing! He was very friendly. He always responded quickly. Zorro made everything I requested happen. He went over and beyond. If you are staying at Dreams Onyx please request for Zorro you won’t be disappointed. "

"This is one of my favorite resorts. It's clean and the staff is wonderful. They always greet you with a smile and go out of the way to be helpful. I always like to try new resorts when traveling but when i go to punta cana this is my favorite. Been there 3 times and will go back again when I travel back to punta cana."

"This resort was beautiful. But the rooms needed serious upgrades. Very outdated. We chose the adult only side because I’m a teacher and this was my end of summer trip and I didn’t want to be around children lol. However, the family side was MUCH better. It was nothing to do on the adults only side. But a short train ride or golf cart will take you over to the family side. I would definitely return, I would just stay on the family side next time. "
