"This resort is the total escape destination for me. This was my 2nd stay in 8 months time, and I'll be back again in the Spring. Secluded, quiet, all amenities surrounding you.. The beach the pools the dining. I've no reason to even consider another property."

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"property was very nice. property retaurants were way to expensive, especially for the quality of food provided. restaurant and bar service was just okay. surprised how hard it was to communicate with bar and restaurant staff. Front desk people were easy to communicate with and very helpful. ended up eating at Punta Cana Village most times as prices, variety, and food quality was MUCH better."

"It is an older hotel but in great shape, beach location very nice and swimmable, life guards always alert, the personnel the best ever, friendly , attentive , great. only thing is property surrounding the beach of the hotel is very dirty, in both sides , really sorry to see this beauty so dirty. "
