"The property is great, I had no issue with my room, it was great by the way. Very clean and it looked renovated. The cleaning lady was there every day(twice a day) checking on the room and changing everything. Mini bar was not great but was ok with water bottle, two types of soda bottles and one type of beer. I spent my birthday there so they decorated my room and gave me a cake to enjoy for my birthday, a nice touch. The only thing I did not like was that they are under construction and that was not specified when we booked. But honestly we spent 5 days there and only one day we actually heard noises from the building that was being constructed in front of ours. Food is amazing, with about 5 restaurants to choose from plus the buffet that had different options every time. There is also a food truck by the beach and a mini bar. Pool bar did not let us down, drinks were incredible and the guys were always ready to serve no matter how busy it was. The lobby was always full of people but the service was still always great. Night entrainment was not amazing but it was ok, best night was white night on friday at the beach. The nightclub was always open around 11 pm and it was ok too. If your are young and want to have fun with no kids I would recommend to book on the adult side which is the Serenade all adults hotel right next to it because they let you enjoy both properties whereas if you are booked in this one you only have access to this hotel and not the adult side. "

"The service was excellent and the rooms were modern spacious and very clean. The restaurants were good without needing reservations (although at full capacity perhaps more waits than what we had). There is a large construction project happening next door so the outdoor space on the rooms facing that side is pretty much unusable due to noise... It also can be heard inside. The hotel was able to accommodate a switch of rooms for us which was excellent. It would have been nice to know upfront about the situation. The outdoor spaces were great with warm pools and a well cared for beach. We never had problems finding a spot on the beach or the smaller pools which also had ample shady spots for those that wanted. Overall a delightful experience and would recommend for a luxurious quiet relaxing break. "

"The hotel is beautiful, very safe, incredible staff, everyone is super special with the guests, especially at the front desk Jorge, at the Table restaurant Luis, Gabriel, the girls, at the club everyone strives to make the service super special. The quality of the food can improve. "I love the ambiance, The décor is stylish, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. It's a great place to relax and enjoy! "

"Absolutely an amazing place to stay.... You really can go for peace and quiet, you go to party, young, old, families... Doesn't matter. Has everything, extremely safe, every single person working there is awesome and helpful."

"Rooms felt spacious and were clean. Common areas too. We were able to find chairs at beach and the (multiple) pools. We did a sunset horseback riding tour (amazing), but other than that were entertained for our 3 full days and 4 nights at the resort. A small shopping lane with souvenir shops is available. The staff really was the highlight. Gracious, friendly, and very interested in making our stay great. They were always present when you needed something (not used to that in the US). Drinks were good and you rarely waited for someone to come by to ask if you wanted to refill - or pick another to try from the menu! I'd say the buffet area was always crowded. Restaraunts were worth doing as an option if you wanted that experience. Check the menus posted. One note- I did not realize you needed to turn in your key and pool cards to get a little ticket upon checkout. This is presented to the bell captain when your ride arrives. I'm used to leaving keys in room and taking off but that's not how it's done. Luckily this process didn't delay our departure to the airport. "

Tomy at the Mexican Restaurant, Johanny at Lobby Bar. July at pool bar. Domingo at pool bar. Tereza at the Steakhouse. Ricardo at Steakhouse and main Buffet. Trying to remember the name of the Bartender at the Beach Bar also amazing. We really enjoyed the friendliness of all the staff. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Majestic."
