"期待通りの建物、設備、インテリアでした。表面的に形を整えるだけのホテルも多い中、きちんと本物を揃えて品がよく、お料理も最高です。接客が不親切みたいなレビューがありましたが、押し付けがましくないサービスなだけで、客が求めれば気持ちよく対応してくれました。確かに接客要員全員がホテルマンとして同じレベルかというと、そこまでではないかもですが、でもそれはそれで人間味もあり、ホテルというより別荘的に考えると全然気になりません。 あちこち移動せず、ここを拠点に自然の中でのんびりする旅を季節毎に楽しみたくなる素晴らしい、日本には滅多にないホテルだと思います。この機会に狩猟かフライフィッシング始めようかと思ってしまいました。"

"3. Cross Hotel Sapporo, 8/30/2024 - 9/1/2024: Overall upscale feeling. Great location. A couple of minutes from underground walkway. A few minutes to walk to JR station. Surrounded with numerous restaurants and commercial buildings. Clean and fresh air room and fresh toilet room. The breakfast quality was very nice and had various choices of Japanese food and western food. Good variety in vegetables and fruits. Onsen on 18th floor was awesome. You could face a breathtaking view while enjoying...

"Hotel staff has good command of English. When we arrived and asked about food options, they had a map readily available to guests stating the various types of food around the hotel. Very thoughtful service. Location is opposite Furano train station and there is a supermarket nearby so it is very convenient to stay at. The room and furniture is slightly old. There are chargeable washing machines and dryers available at the lobby."
