"I did a week of solo snowboarding and had a great time. The shuttle made getting around town very convenient. The hotel restaurants were not the best but they had plenty to choose from with even more options next door. Definitely enjoyed the fact that the lifts were literally right outside. The ski locker made it very convenient and did not cause any problems whatsoever. Thank you Hilton staff."

"We stayed at a nice traditional room with private oncen. Good size and very comfortable (more than expected) and in great condition. Loved the ski in - ski out experience. Local hotel staff very friendly. The breakfast buffet included many options for most tastes. The hotel also has a public onsen available to guests looking for a more authentic experience."

"Booked two twin rooms. The rooms are huge and included a separate tatami room that opened up into the main bedroom so it made the entire area feel really spacious. Only one pillow per bed was provided so comfort levels are a bit lower. The bathing area, sink, and toilet are all separated. The sink in the toilet room does not have soap though and towel linens provided are quite sparse. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and crockery. We stayed here in the summer and loved how quiet...

"Older property with good sized rooms. Onsen small but not crowded, onsen also out door area. Great main dining room with good view of the skifield."

"A lot of cafe or restaurant around the hotel were closed. The hotel is a bit noisy : you can hear kids running when they are in the room above yours, in the corridor. It's not well sound proof. The hotel staff was excellent. The fireplace is amazing"
