"Huge Ryokan with comfortable and spacious room. The highlight is the public bath which has 10+ different indoor and outdoor hot tubs with different minerals. Absolutely outstanding. WiFi was fine and stay was good. Didn’t take their meal plan because I felt it was too expensive. Note that the small town has limited restaurant options - most were closed at night in November. Ended up getting dinner at the 7-11 and drinks at the local alcohol shop which had a really nice selection of Hokkaido sake, wine and beer. But the reason to be there is for the great onsen"

"It was my second time at this hotel and it was not a let down. I still have yet to use the public bath but amenities are helpful - I need a comb. Close walk to the botanical garden and Odori park. Amazing ramen is all within walking distance. "
