"Overall, great property with a wonderful location next to Times Square. I would definitely recommend. The property will store your baggage if your flight is not till well after checkout, allowing more time in the city. The property charges a fee for this service. Only frustration was I was told one fee and received an email from the hotel stating the same fee, however, when I went to use the service the fee was higher than what I was told and what the email said. I inquired and was told they “the fee changed several months ago but we have not gotten around to updating the information in the email”. "

"We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary at this property. It was our first time staying at the property. We really enjoyed our visit at the property as it was beautifully decorated. It's such a historic property and it worth the visit."
