"(Review following one night stay on 10/02/25) Staff were very friendly and helpful. They get 6 stars (if that were possible!). Nicely placed, not too far from Queensway underground train station, with the park just a little way down the road. Price could not be beaten and considering what you normally pay in London, very good value. However, would highlight that the property is currently undergoing building works / renovations, so there was building work noise from 8.00am - if I were a late sleeper, might have been miffed."

"It was in an excellent location to use as a home base for discovering London. We used public transportation including the Thames Uber boat. The restaurant was nice and even had gluten free options for my wife. Our view of the Tower Bridge from our room was spectacular. When we arrived the safe in our room was locked, so we had to ask for assistance getting it open. The gentleman (Richard) was on it in a flash! He was courteous and enjoyable to talk with. We will stay here in the future of on the area."
