"The rooms are basic and average size for london I only had a shower The beds pillows supwr comfy Most staff where amazing and helpful Luve music every night Vibrant and interesting hotel No business centre and wifi didnt work in my room. However worked well in other ears Bar restaurants nice food albeit expensive Breakfast was fresh and usual buffet food, not much bread selection or fruit. I seen cooked breakfasts too Conference room was good too"

"It was in an excellent location to use as a home base for discovering London. We used public transportation including the Thames Uber boat. The restaurant was nice and even had gluten free options for my wife. Our view of the Tower Bridge from our room was spectacular. When we arrived the safe in our room was locked, so we had to ask for assistance getting it open. The gentleman (Richard) was on it in a flash! He was courteous and enjoyable to talk with. We will stay here in the future of on the area."
