"I liked the service, amenities, location, etc. Unfortunately the bed was very saggy & caused back problems. The pool is fantastic but the lack of shade lets it down by causing very warm water."

"Overall the property was well maintained. It is conveniently located near shopping and dining. There are no lifts as a low level site however 4 flights of steps to the top floor plus 2 more to the car park. Pool area was nice with a well equipped outdoor BBQ area was inviting."

"The Mantra Amphora palm cove would have to the best ive ever stayed in that region. Location of hotel was perfect 2 modern restaurants on esplanade 50 meters from the hotel .Also felt very safe there security was excellent. My unit was self contained which felt like being at home and was exceptionally clean.Kitchen was well laid out with all your usual home necessities.Bedding was excellent as well very comfortable. "Our room was clean with a change of towels 4 days into our 8 day stay. We paid for a late check out but we were locked out by about 10.30am having to get someone across from Mantra Heritage with new key cards. Reception very rarely had someone in attendance and two out of three times the black phone hasn't been answered including the day we arrived. The pool was great with a sunlounge always available."
