"The property was gorgeous and the views of the water were spectacular. We had an ocean view room that was worth the upgrade, and the beachside restaurants took full advantage of the views. We paid extra for the Gold package and the service was outstanding. Staff were friendly, helpful, and timely the making sure the breakfast, snacks, and evening appetizers were set up. Fitness center was top notch and concierge services at the resort made some high quality recommendations that saved us time and...

Friendly check-in

"Extremely friendly and helpful check-in. I forgot to ask for a room close to the elevator for my elderly mother and they were very accommodating. The hotel, while a little dated - is right on the water and the sea side has a great view. The elevator are very fast, and the restaurant and bar have great food."

Amazing hotel with amazing views

"Kona Outrigger was a fantastic hotel. From check-in (shout out to Michael for setting everything up) to check out, the hotel delivered. It was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. You could tell that the hotel wasn't new, but it was keep very well and the grounds were beautiful. There were 2 pools, one for families and one for adults. The view were spectacular and we were also able to see the manta rays at night while we watched the snorkelers. Overall, it was a 10, and we would absolutely stay there again."

Away from everyone but won't miss fun

"This is a second time staying this hotel. While the building may be older, the inside and inside of the room has been very comfortable. The view from the run is excellent from both partial and full ocean view. Farmers market, bar, restaurant, ABC store, everything is in walking distance and feels safe to do so. Great place to stay"
