"Big — my wife enjoyed going around the resort and seeing the art, history, and Hawaiian feel. Due to it being winter, only minimum facilities open, but enough to enjoy. Better to go off-site to eat due to cost."

"We have stayed in many places around Hawaii, and this location quickly rose to the top spot. The views are specatcular, the rooms spacious and service is top notch all around. Loved the prearranged airport transportation and the ability to rent a Tesla for the day....right from the resort. "

"This is a second time staying this hotel. While the building may be older, the inside and inside of the room has been very comfortable. The view from the run is excellent from both partial and full ocean view. Farmers market, bar, restaurant, ABC store, everything is in walking distance and feels safe to do so. Great place to stay"

"Our 4th time to stay here. Love the location and listening to the surf at night. We saw all kinds of marine life as well as cardinals, mynas and other birds. A windy road getting in and out,but all part of the experience. Dan is a great host, available if needed. The closest town,Ocean view, is a nice place to go for dinner or groceries. A great place to go for relaxation and away from the party crowd."
