"great location. Kanazawa is small, so this shouldn't be a problem. Hotel room has fresh paint color, looks good and new. receipt is ok, but not as good as other Japanese hotels."

"Nice onsen and clean floors much appreciated as everyone are required to take off their shoes after entering the hotel. I came during the new year holidays and of course expected the hotel was at peak congestion. When we check out unfortunately it was the peak hour and we had to wait 45 min for our car to get delivered down. "

"Excellent location and value! Right next to the castle and Kenroku-en, the hotel couldn't be better situated for seeing the sights of Kanazawa. Really unique style and rooms. We booked a junior suite, which due to the layout with the divider in the middle wasn't as spacious or practical as we were expecting, but for the value we got it for, no complaints at all (we're only two people, so in future would probably not have booked a junior suite again). For a one or two night stay to see the sights...

" Toilet is spacious. Room is clean. - Laundry was always occupied. People left clothes in washer/dryer and I went to the laundry multiple times and found it was not available. There is no way to know when it is available remotely."
