The afternoon employee, who is tall and slender, was rude to hotel guests and to whoever he was speaking with over the phone on several occasions. One afternoon, I thought he said nice boots, but no, he said to take my boots off the ottoman. I was not in the mood to deal with his poor attitude and to explain what the usage is for an ottoman. I just said sorry and waited for my ride. Would I stay here again? Not sure at this...
