"Overpriced for such small rooms. It felt like a small version of a dorm room. It was a bit noisy at times. Housekeeping was unprofessional laughing when I simply asked her where my room was. The staff who checked me in was a bit short and borderline rude. Not welcoming. "

"Overall, great property with a wonderful location next to Times Square. I would definitely recommend. The property will store your baggage if your flight is not till well after checkout, allowing more time in the city. The property charges a fee for this service. Only frustration was I was told one fee and received an email from the hotel stating the same fee, however, when I went to use the service the fee was higher than what I was told and what the email said. "The Hard Rock Hotel is a great new hotel in NYC. It is beautifully decorated. There are lots of interesting memorabilia from lots of stars. We loved how close it was to the Hop On Hop OFF and seem to be a great location close to all the places we were going to. "

"We had some issue with some packages that were delivered to the hotel , the hotel has a fedex office but they close and nobody but the manager can get in but then the manager was nowhere to be found and they didn’t even wanted to give the name of the manager like it was some secret , finally we found a helpful person who just went to behind the desk and magic the packages were there but this took 2 day of trying other than that all cool just don’t send packages to this hotel it’s crazy"

"Convinently located around a lot of hot spots in NY. Clothing/Shoes stores up the street, CVS/Markets around the corner, Parking is less than 5 min walking distance . The staff is really nice and friendly . The bar is a nice touch and so is their seating area. Had a great time 10/10 A "
