"I tried to swim in the pool, but the water wasn’t heated. Perhaps a small dressing room/area before getting into the elevator. I admire the helpfulness of all the staff."

"Everything was great, the area and hotel staff were nice and if you get an ocean view, you can see the planes taking off and landing. The only thing I would comment on is that the Wi-Fi was pretty spotty at times, water pressure was low, and the outlets weren’t as conveniently placed near the beds but overall a great stay and I would pick this hotel again for any San Francisco trips in the future. "

Large group was there for a 3:00 pm wedding, up charging $50 for early check in (regularly 4:00) was rude and completely unnecessary as the rooms were ready and would have been zero inconvenience. Probably would think twice about booking here again. "
