We loved the views of mount fuji from our bedroom and waking up to a delightful traditional breakfast while looking at fuji dressed with a yukata. The bus offered to transport us back and forth from the station was also very useful and made our journey easier"

"This was a luxurious experience! The hotel is very impressive on entry and the staff were the most attentive we encountered on our trip across Japan. Our room was delightful, the bed wasnt the most comfortable for our taste however other facilities in the room meant we still had a fantastic stay. TV can be connected to your own netflix etc account which was a great touch. Easy access to the free shuttle bus to kawaguchiko station which has various tour buses, but the shuttle also stops at a train station en route for anyone looking to explore further out. We rented a private onsen for our 2 night stay which was a relaxing addition, I messaged the hotel through the Expedia app and they gave details and booked this for me with ease. I then paid for this plus the local taxes on arrival. 10/10 recommend. We had a Mt Fuji view room and were lucky enough to see 3/4 of it on our 2nd day. The macaroni club restarant staff were fantastic, we didnt try the other restaurant on site but this looked more traditional. Overall a fantastic hotel choice, ts right next to fuji Q highlands for anyone looking for a fun day out like we did. We took the highway bus from shibuya mark city and it stopped within meters of this hotel, its very easy to access this way as the return journey picks up from the same place as drop off. We didnt find any immediately local convenience stores so can be a bit tricky if you want a late night snack, but there may be one around we werent familiar with. "
