"We stayed overnight in one of the ocean view units with a private bath. It was a cute and clean room. We loved the view. The hotel needs some repair and renovation, but it’s charming and very convenient to everything. Parking was easy. Mendocino is a pretty, peaceful, fun little town. Hope to come back in the next year or so. "

"Such a beautiful place to stay in Crescent City California. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodated all of our needs. The kids loved swimming in the indoor heated pool and taking a walk on the beach. The sunset from the room was amazing. I was worried about the reviews I read on hotels.com but we had a really good experience. There was 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 children. The room was just right and we felt very comfortable. My son is special needs and we worried about safety with the balcony, but the door had a screw at the bottom that secures the slider. The only thing we couldn’t get to work was the jets in our tub but other than that, it was a great stay. Thank you Oceanfront Lodge. Hope to see you all soon! "
