"Room was spacious. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean. Fireplace in the room was cute. Patio wasn’t very private. Neighbors were loud, drunk, and doing drugs. You can hear every step the upstairs neighbors make. We were near the ice machine so that was also loud. Guest at the pool were loud. We could hear everybody walking by the door. Very noisy stay."

"This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at since we’ve been coming to Pismo. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, from booking to the front desk to housekeeping to Marisol restaurant (who makes an excellent margarita!) The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious & quiet. We came at a difficult time during the quarantine and the Cliffs gave us a much needed, stress free reprieve from the rest of the world for a few days. "
