"The property has beautiful views from all areas of the resort. It is absolutely breathtaking. The service was amazing. The level of attentiveness was remarkable. There are so many food and bar options to choose from. There are activities for kids and adults. I highly recommend Hyatt Ziva. "

"The staff is super friendly and energetic. Food was good especially de restaurants. Beach was beautiful and the pools were always clean. Room was always cleaned well. We loved the entertainment. The hotel is pretty and big and although the hotel was fully booked it never felt too crowded or overwhelming. Bar staff was also nice and are happy to serve a variety of drinks. "
