"Loved the room even though a little bit older and paint peeling. The size was amazing for the price. Had a homeless couple off the back patio on the walking path 1st thing in the morning. Area is a lottle sketchy but I guess is expected when near the beach. Staff was awesome, and check in was fast and smooth. Appreciate not being charged for parking since I have a handicapped placard. "

"The staff were very warm and welcoming. They were Also very helpful during my stay. The room had everything I needed for my one night stay. Walking on 4th, 5th and 6th Avenues I found a lot of restaurants and a few stores that interested me. Overall, a great place to stay."
