"This hotel is in a very convenient location on State Street, surrounded by many restaurants, bars, and stores. It's a half-mile walk to the beach and Stearns Wharf. The immediate area seems geared towards the collegiate crowd. The hotel was undergoing renovation so the temporary lobby was small. Staff was very friendly."

"The location was perfect … a block from the beach and easy walk to restaurants and pier. It’s was quiet and clean on the property. Breakfast was good and fresh squeezed OJ was a pleasant surprise. Only complaint was that the eating area was way too small. Other than that I would stay there again for sure. "
