"The hotel and staff are amazing! I enjoyed my stay and would rate it five stars for comfort and location. The hotel is not luxurious, but a guest can expect a clean, comfortable room. The gardens and public areas are lovely! The free breakfast is good - much better than a continental breakfast. My only suggestion for improvement would be the addition of blackout curtains in each room."

Three of us roomed together and it worked great. Lovely bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. "

"This location felt like home on our 50 hour roadtrip. I loved the "text if you need anything" feature as we had forgotten a bottle opener and someone happily brought one to our room. "

"I like that the bedroom is in a separate room from the sitting area. It is clean. The staff is friendly. Bed and pillows are comfortable. The sheets were clean, but a little rough like they were older. Nothing major, but the following was annoying: The counter was made for taller people. I am short (5 foot) and the counter came up really high. It was actually difficult for me to wash my face and brush my teeth. Also, there isn't a towel rack by the sink. The sink is separate from the toilet and shower area. The towel rack is in the toilet/shower area, so every time I washed my hands, I had to go to the other room to get the towel on the towel rack. It would be much easier if there was a towel rack by the sink. I have stayed here before, and have gotten a room in the back and had no problem with noise. This stay, I was in the front of the hotel, and could hear the noise from the street. If you stay here, ask for a room on the back side of the property, away from the noise of the street."

"The road noise was excessive the people above were very loud late at night. The staff was nice and helpful. "
