"We had to change accommodations when we arrived in Japan at 2am from another place. We were able to get into our new room by 4am. Staff was excellent and very responsive. Very enjoyable stay"

"We were first in a room that had a strong mildew smell, and when brought to the attention of the staff we were promptly moved to another available room that was immaculate. The conbini downstairs was very convenient, as the hotel is a bit far from other stores. However, there are options for taxis and a shuttle bus from here. Would definitely stay here again."

"Close to Disney! Very easy access to Disney via the free shuttle! We travelled as a family! Bonus 4 separate beds for all of us! Had a great relaxing 5 nights at this hotel!"
