"Close and convenient location to Time Square.😊The staff were very helpful.when I got my package continental breakfast was included but wasn’t really continental breakfast it was more like a snack they only offered cup cakes and water bottles nothing else 😔"

"Staff was amazing and rooms were clean and comfortable. Only down side is there’s no mini fridge or iron in the room and to get ice, you would have to go all the way down to the basement. But we had a great time staying there. "

"we loved our stay. the room was everything we needed. nice shower, comfy bed, empire state view!! the food was also surprisingly great at the restaurant they have on site. staff was so friendly & fun. only weird thing was the time they come to clean the room are unpredictable. once they showed up at nearly 6 PM while we were getting ready for dinner, a few other days they didn’t come at all. not a big deal to us but an odd note. "
