"The location was central making it easy to get to just about everything. The Westminster bridge is very crowded, but Waterloo station isn’t far, and you can avoid the bridge that direction. The hotel I”was generally clean and safe. There was ample food at breakfast, even though it was well attended. The rooms had plenty of space for a family to spread out. The cleaning staff wasn’t very good. We only had our room cleaned twice during our stay. They left behind their own half-drunk water, didn’t...

"Great hotel, good location close to Westminster and central London. We stayed in a suite which was furnished to a high standard. The executive breakfast was superb, a range of food options on the buffet, a spacious area and great views from the 12th floor to enjoy! Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon."
