"Was able to check in early, we checked in at around 11:30am. The room was spotless and in great condition, nothing to fault. The special touch they gave as it was my girlfriends birthday was very good, we got a cake delivered to our room and a card to her which came with it. Very cute. The shower, bath, bed, curtains, comfort was faultless. Even the heated toilet seat. The only downside to our trip was finding out that the pool facilities were not open, which we found out upon arrival. This was what we were most looking forward to so we were very disappointed with that. All in all it was a special trip which we won't forget, just had a piece missing for us not being able to use all the facilities which we thought we would. Other than that, 10/10."

"I have never been to a hotel where were so welcomed. Shahram welcomed us as we were his family. Always smiling. Always looking for a way to make us more comfortable. When I told him my mattress was too hard for me, he immediately had it changed to a more comfortable one! Fruits, biscuits, juice and an endless supply of water bottles were always ready for us as we leave or arrive back to the hotel. His staff, Eva in particular, were equally friendly - even noting that I liked plain yogurt in the morning and so one was procured just for me. It was really incredible. The only drawback of the room was that it lacked closet space. Living out of a suitcase for a week was a bit difficult. But other than that, I find no fault in the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, hotel centrally located, and staff welcoming. What more does one need? A heartfelt thank you to Shahram and his staff. We will be back!"

"Spacious rooms with enormous fluffy beds and grand bathrooms in a beautiful historic building. Good location a few minutes from London Bridge and views of the river and Tower Bridge. Staff were wonderful; spa and afternoon tea highly recommended."
